Choose your verification method:
- Company email (recommended): Enter your work email address
- Phone: Use SMS verification as an alternative

If you choose email verification:

Enter your company email address (personal email domains like Gmail are not accepted)
Click to send the verification email
Check your inbox for the verification link
Click the link to access the demo

Job sites are the foundation of GPS-verified time tracking. Here’s how to set them up from the supervisor dashboard.

From the supervisor dashboard:

Click New job in the sidebar navigation
Fill in the Job details:
- Job name: A descriptive name for the site
- Address: Street address, business name, or place name
Click Search map to locate the address
Review the search results and select the correct location
Confirm the pin on the map—drag it to fine-tune the exact site location if needed
Set the Start date and estimated End date
Select the Trade type (General construction, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Finish work)

The geofence defines how far from the pin counts as “on site” for GPS verification:

Get your field crews set up with Geowork in minutes.

From the supervisor dashboard Workers panel:

Scroll to the Invite crew member card
Enter the crew member’s Name
Enter their Phone number (mobile number for SMS verification)
Select their Role:
- Crew: Field workers who clock in/out and track time
- Foreman / PM: Can view crew status and manage operations
- Admin: Full access to all features and settings
Click Send invite

The crew member will receive an SMS with their company code and login instructions.
