Setting Up Your Company Account

Getting started with Geowork takes just a few minutes. This guide walks supervisors and administrators through setting up a company workspace.

Step 1: Request Your Demo or Account

Visit geowork.app/demo to request access. You’ll need to:

  1. Select your reason for visiting (evaluating for my company, checking it out, etc.)
  2. Enter your company email address for verification
  3. Alternatively, use phone verification if you prefer SMS

After verifying, you’ll receive access to a demo environment where you can explore all features.

Step 2: Supervisor Login

Once your company workspace is created, supervisors and admins log in at:

geowork.app/supervisor/your-company-code/login

To log in:

  1. Go to geowork.app/login
  2. Select I’m a supervisor or dispatcher
  3. Enter your company code (provided by your administrator or in your invite link)
  4. Enter your approved phone number
  5. Tap Send code to receive an SMS verification code
  6. Enter the 6-digit code to access your supervisor dashboard

Your phone number must be pre-approved by a company admin before you can log in.

Step 3: Explore the Supervisor Dashboard

The supervisor workspace gives you a complete view of your field operations:

  • Dashboard: See active jobs, clocked-in workers, break statuses, and compliance alerts at a glance
  • Site Map: View all job sites and crew locations on an interactive map
  • Jobs: Create, edit, and manage job sites with geofencing
  • Workers: View your crew roster, track statuses, and invite new team members
  • Hours: Review and approve time entries
  • Field Audits: Review GPS verifications and location data
  • Messages: Communicate with your field crews
  • Ask AI: Get intelligent insights about your operations

Step 4: Add Your First Job Site

From the supervisor dashboard:

  1. Click New job in the sidebar
  2. Enter the job name and address
  3. Click Search map to locate the site
  4. Adjust the geofence radius (50m for tight urban sites, 100-150m for standard lots, 250m for campuses)
  5. Assign workers to the job
  6. Set schedule and notification preferences
  7. Click Create job

Step 5: Invite Your Team

From the Workers panel:

  1. Scroll to the Invite crew member section
  2. Enter the crew member’s name
  3. Enter their phone number
  4. Select their role:
    • Crew: Field workers who clock in/out and track time
    • Foreman / PM: Can view crew status and manage jobs
    • Admin: Full access to all features and settings
  5. Click Send invite

The crew member will receive an SMS with instructions to log in.
