Export verified timesheets to your payroll system in minutes, not hours.

Supported Integrations

Geowork integrates with:

Exporting Timesheets

1. Go to Reports > Payroll Export
2. Select the pay period
3. Review time entries (make any corrections)
4. Choose your payroll system
5. Click Export

What Gets Exported

Each export includes:

• Employee name and ID
• Total regular hours
• Total overtime hours
• Job site/cost code allocation
• GPS verification status

QuickBooks Integration

For QuickBooks users:

1. Connect your QuickBooks account (one-time setup)
2. Map Geowork employees to QuickBooks employees
3. Map job sites to QuickBooks classes or customers
4. Export directly to QuickBooks

Handling Corrections

Before exporting:

• Review flagged entries (off-site clock-ins, missing clock-outs)
• Make adjustments as needed
• Add notes for disputed time

Tips

• Export a test pay period first to verify mapping
• Set up automatic exports for recurring payroll
• Keep GPS verification data for audit trail
