The Crew Dashboard

The crew dashboard shows:

  • Who’s clocked in right now
  • Which job site each person is at
  • How long they’ve been on site
  • GPS verification status

Map View

The map view displays:

  • All active job sites
  • Crew member locations (while clocked in)
  • Geofence boundaries

Status Indicators

  • Green: On site, GPS verified
  • Yellow: Clocked in, but off-site or GPS pending
  • Gray: Clocked out / Not working

Foreman View

Foremen can see:

  • Their assigned crew’s status
  • Clock-in/out times
  • Job site assignments for the day

Privacy Notes

Crew tracking only works:

  • During work hours (when clocked in)
  • For crew members who have accepted the app
  • Within geofenced job site areas

Location data is never collected outside of work hours.

Tips

  • Check the dashboard at the start of each day
  • Use the map view for crews working across multiple sites
  • Set up alerts for crews that haven’t clocked in by a certain time
